Account deletion
Permanently delete your account and associated data after confirming your identity in the app or on the web.
Delete in the app
Open Account in the MarieCard app, enter your sign-in email, and choose Delete account. The app shows one final irreversible-action confirmation.
Delete on the web
Open the Account section of My Page, enter your sign-in email exactly, and choose Delete account.
Data that is deleted
Your authentication account, owned invitations and localized content, publication and preview data, uploaded files, and workspace references are deleted or disconnected. Minimal records required by law may be retained only for the required period.
Device-only data
The event note and language preference are stored only on your device. Deleting your account in the app clears them; clearing app storage or uninstalling the app also removes them.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@mariecard.com with the account email and deletion request. We will process it after verifying account ownership.
